- Description:
- The International Organization for Migration (IOM), hereinafter referred to as IOM, hereby invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit a bid under this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the establishment one or more non-exclusive Long Term Agreements (LTA) for the supply of emergency (LOT 1) and light (LOT 2) Shelter Kits (Emergency and light Shelter kits), in accordance with the IOM General Conditions of Contract and the Terms of Contract. Reference (TOR) attached to this ITB. The objective of this ITB is to establish non-exclusive Long Term Agreements for an initial duration of one (1) year, in order to guarantee rapid availability, timely supply and efficient delivery of shelter items and NFI necessary for the implementation of IOM's humanitarian and emergency operations. The LTAs will allow IOM to issue Call-Off Purchase Orders based on operational needs, with a delivery time maximum of two (2) to five (5) weeks from the date of issue of the Purchase Order, as specified in each order.
