- Support for the operation of community radios (radio structuring, training, support for staff and members as well as Dimitra clubs) in Mwenga territory in South Kivu in the DRC
Under the supervision of the FAO, the service provider will perform the following activities: • set up an association of the radio; • Acquire official operating documents; • Recruit and set up the technical staff of the radio; • Form the technical staff On the management of a radio:- Governance and Directorate- Work code- Management and financing of a Community Radio- Business Plan and development of a project • Train journalists on:- Preliminary concepts on community radio and ethics and Journalistic ethics- radio animation and debate on the radio journalism of peace and spoken technique of interview and reporting on the ground • Train on the maintenance of radio devices and the energy system- techniques for maintenance of radio and production studios and production - Solar panel maintenance technique- accumulator maintenance and maintenance technique • Press the S ... - Documents :
