- Support and support for Management Committees (COGES) of input shops (BI) and transformation units (UT) in the territories of Walungu and Mwenga in the South Kivu Province, in Democratic Republic of Congo
Under the supervision of FAO and in collaboration with the IPA: 1. Ensure the information, awareness and mobilization of Beneficiaries Communities on the project as well as on complaint mechanisms (green line, suggestion boxes, etc.); 2. Awareness and inform local and customary authorities, the Presidents of the unions of peasant organizations (UOP), on the activities of input shops and transformation units; 3. Ensure the proper management of input stores and the implementation of management committees, supervision of the committee in the fixing of selling prices and administrative and funding management; 4. Ensure good use of management tools and their daily filling, 5. Establish a cartography of the coges of input shops and the UT on the basis of the location of infrastructure and the form gives by FAO; 6.
