- Request for proposals are invited for Supply, Delivery and Implementation of Patients Tracking and Tracing Solutions, including Vehicles, as Well as Efficient Airlifting Delivery of Commodities to Remote Rural Areas in Lualaba Province, Drc SCOPE OF WORK HEC-Lualaba covers 53 sites in 10 Health Zones (HZ) of Lualaba province in FY20 COP19. During the course of the implementation of this extension, the project will expand to additional 20 sites in the 4 HZ not previously supported by PEPFAR, providing HIV/ AIDS/ TB services in 77 sites of 14 Health Zones, which is the entire province of Lualaba. Linkage to treatment is impeded by the mobility of clients on ART between facilities and informal artisanal mining sites as well as transportation constraints to facilities leading to higher rates of Loss to Follow Up (LTFU). Indicative activities would support linkage of 95%, increase early treatment initiation and improve same day initiation, improve inter - and intra- facility as well as community-facility linkage, tracking and linkage of men to treatment, welcome back and retention to care. Efforts to increase linkage to treatment and scaling test and start will be enhanced through community and facility responses as described below, from 6434 of TX_NEW in FY20 to achieve 8066 in FY21, 8873 in FY22 and 9760 in FY23. Training, mentoring and coaching will be provided to build provider capacity for initiations and treatment monitoring in the community and facility.
