- Tenders are invited for Supplies, Installation and Training of Medical Devices, Supplies of Medical and Non-Medical Furniture for Kingasani and Binza-MéTéO Hospital Centers. The qualification requirements are: a) To be eligible for AFD financing; Accept AFD's financing conditions and materialize it by signing the “Declaration of Integrity” in accordance with the model provided in the bidding documents; b) History of non-performance of the contract: No contract termination pronounced at the sole fault of the Bidder during the last 5 (five) years; Not be subject to exclusion in the context of the implementation of a Bid Guarantee Statement or the withdrawal of an Offer. c) Financial capacity: - Provide certified financial statements for the last three years (2017, 2018 and 2019) certified by a chartered accountant approved by ONEC-RDC or an organization deemed acceptable by the Purchaser for foreign bidders, demonstrating the current solvency of the Bidder - Have made during the last three years (2017, 2018 and 2019) an average turnover greater than or equal to 1.5 times the amount of his offer. d) Technical capacity and experience: - Have successfully carried out at least two similar contracts which have been satisfactorily carried out and essentially completed as a Supplier or member of a consortium during the last five years (2015 to 2020) with a minimum amount equal to 85% of the amount of the proposed tender for each lot; - Provide proof by producing a service certificate and a copy of the contracts carried out; - The candidate must provide proof that he has in the DRC an efficient and quality after-sales service in the fields of the quoted lots to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the equipment after delivery.
