- Request for proposals are invited for strengthening the technical capacities of 4 ETDs 1. Suppliers can download the Intent to Do Form bid by clicking on this link HERE 2. Mambasa Mercy Corps Office: Madidi District, Road Kisangani, APMI Building - Mambasa, Ituri Province 3. The intention to bid form can be collected from the Mercy Corps office in Goma located at 095, Avenue Bougainvillier, Q. Les Volcans, Commune of Goma, Democratic Republic of Congo. Completed Intent to Bid Forms must be submitted to Mercy Corps no later than January 15, 2024 at 4:30 p.m. Mambasa by any of the following methods 1. Submission of the duly completed intention to bid form by email to drctendersubmissions@mercycorps.org indicating the reference number of the call for tenders in the subject of the e-mail. 2. Submission of a paper version of the intention to bid form duly completed in the box provided for this purpose in the Mercy office Body to the addresses mentioned above. The reference number of the offer must appear on the envelope.
