- Tenders are invited for Services of “Monitoring the Movements of Displaced Populations in the Democratic Republic of Congo” The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter referred to as IOM) intends to engage one or more Service Providers for the program to monitor the movements of displaced populations in the Democratic Republic of Congo in the province of North Kivu; purpose for which this Request for Quotation is published. IOM invites Service Providers to provide their technical and financial Proposal for the provision of services relating to this project. Additional information on the services is provided in the Terms of Reference (TOR) attached hereto. Proposals must be submitted by email rfqdrc@iom.int no later than February 5, 2024 at 5 p.m. (GMT+2). Proposals received late will not be accepted.
