- Tenders are invited for Selection of the Technical Project Manager (Moe) of the Project Specific objectives The specific objectives of this MOE are: · The revision of the APS studies (feasibility studies of 2019); · Carrying out Detailed Preliminary Project (APD) studies; · The preparation of business consultation files (DCE), for all work and supply packages; · Support for the award of contracts for the recruitment of works companies · Assistance in the signing of works contracts; · Assistance in the control and follow-up of the works. The Kinshasa Urban Development Unit (CDUK), represented by the Seureca-Véolia-VSI Afrique Group as Delegated Project Management (MOD) of the TO PETOLA Project, invites Candidates to express their interest in providing the Project Management Services Technical work described above. 3.
