- To cover the need received the organization of seminars and workshops by the various Unicef programs, the office plans to establish a long -term agreement (LTA) with one or more hotel structures and/or qualified caterers in several cities. The purpose of this call for tenders aims, the selection of one or more hotel structures holding rooms and/or caterers that can be used for the organization of seminars and training workshops for the signing of long agreements term (LTA) with UNICEF in the eastern part of the Democratic Republic of Congo. The unicef undertakes this exercise of solicitation in order to ensure a high quality of service for the benefit of its staff and its partners. Call for tenders consists of six (06) independent lots: 1. Goma (North Kivu) 2. Bukavu (Sud Kivu) 3. Kindu (Maniema) 4. Beni (North Kivu) 5. BUNIA (province of Ituri) 6. KALEMIE (Tanganyikales, interested bidders are invited to tend to tender for one or more lots, each batch having to be the subject of a specific separate submission.
