- Tenders are invited for Selection of Distribution Agents to Carry out the Entire Transport Service for the Distribution Campaigns of Long-Lasting Insecticide-Treated Mosquito Nets (Llins) in 2023 This market has 3 lots identified by the entrance doors below, each lot constituting a separate market. It is : 1) Lot 1 : § Province of Kinshasa (Pick up point: Kinshasa) § Kongo Central Province (Pick up point: Matadi) 2) Lot 2 : § Province of Tanganyika (Pick up point: Kalemie) § Province of Haut-Katanga (Pick up point: Lubumbashi) § Province of Haut-Lomami (Pick up point: Lubumbashi) 3) Lot 3 : § Tshopo Province (Pick up point: Bunia) § Province of Haut-Uélé (Pick up gate: ISIRO) § Ituri Province (Pick up point: Aru, Mahagi, Bunia) 5. The offers will be accompanied by the original bank guarantee of the offer per lot (model included in the DAO and any other form of guarantee will be rejected ) to remain valid twenty-eight days after the expiry of the validity of the offer , i.e. no later than May 5, 2023 , the amounts of which per lot are as follows: · Lot 1 : 58 000,00 USD · Lot 2 : 28 000,00 USD · Lot 3 : 57 000,00 USD SANRU asbl will verify the guarantees presented by the tenderers. Bids from bidders who have submitted (bid) guarantees that do not comply with the provisions of the DAO will be rejected. Interested bidders can obtain information from SANRU asbl, and examine the invitation to tender documents every working day at the address mentioned below from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Kinshasa local time) or by email to the following address: procurement@sanru.cd and this at the latest until 10 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, i.e. November 28, 2022. 13. An exchange meeting will be organized on November 8, 2022, at 10 a.m. (Kinshasa time) with potential bidders in the facilities of SANRU asbl located at No. 149 A/B, Boulevard du 30 Juin, Kinshasa - Gombe. The Office of SANRU asbl will respond in writing to any request for documents and clarifications concerning the invitation to tender documents which it receives up to ten (10) calendar days before the deadline for submission of proposals, i.e. no later than 28 November 2022.
