Description of the opinion: Rehabilitation work of the PEV offices in Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, divided into two (2) Lots. Important: The authenticity of the documents provided by the tenderers will be systematically verified by the UNOPS. Any tenderer who will present aFalsified document will be sanctioned, the sanctions which can go as far as a suspension of working with all the United Nations agencies for several years. If the tenderer does not have one of the documents requested, it is preferable to indicate it in the submission, rather thanto falsify the document and risk significant sanctions: interested suppliers will have to respond to this notice by means of the UNOPS esourcing system, accessible on the UNGM portal.
