- As part of its activities in North Kivu and the eastern part of the country, the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), in the Democratic Republic of Congo, an operational office in the city of Goma was. This office serves as a workspace for its staff and requires work from time to time to keep it in condition. In the aim of maintaining and improving the work environment for the well-being of staff, UNICEF administration regularly proceeds, either on a periodic or random basis, to repair and maintenance activities of its premises. In the daily functioning of the office, problems with low -cost activities come frequently with a great impact on the continuity of work. Faced with this situation, the UNICEF Goma office is obliged to use a service provider directly to solve the problem in the best/the shortest deadlines according to the indicated urgency.
