- Tenders are invited for Recruitment of a Consultant (Firm) in Charge of: (I) Technical Studies (Aps & Apd), (Ii) the Preparation of Tender Documents for the Additional Works of Rehabilitation, Sanitation and Extension of the Networks in the Cities of Kinshasa and Gbadolite and (Iii) Control and Supervision of Works in the Areas of Intervention The Consultant's main mission will be to: 1. Realization of detailed inventories of works carried out under EASE in Kinshasa and Gbadolite; 2. Carrying out technical studies (APS and APD) for the completion of the DKC-DKO and Gbadolite works initiated under EASE and the continuation of the rehabilitation, sanitation and extension works of the network under AGREE financing; 3. Preparation of tender documents for the recruitment of contractors in charge of works in Kinshasa and Gbadolite; and 4. Assistance to UCM in the award of contracts for the selection of contractors and possibly to carry out the mission of consulting engineer for the control and monitoring of supplies and works.
