Description of the Contract Service contract for the contractualisation: Guarding and monitoring of goods and personnel in the premises and buildings leased by Handicap International. Context of the contract HI works in a volatile security environment requiring the external expertise of a private company specializing in the field of security and surveillance of property and buildings and which will provide HI with agents to: monitor and control access to Handicap International premises; ensuring fire safety; prevent, intervene and control any suspicious actions within HI premises; welcome, inform and filter anyone who requests access to HI premises; rescue any individual in difficulty on HI's premises in order to enable the organization to secure and protect its property, buildings and staff against all situations of insecurity and to avoid any disruptions in the implementation of its activities. 3. Objective of the contract Securing and protecting HI's property, premises (Guest house, warehouses, offices) and staff by providing it with competent security officers who combine appropriate and sufficient human, organizational and technical resources. 4.
