Tenders are invited for Provision of Payroll Processing and Labor Law Consulting Services The Learn All Together project! (ATE) builds on previous USAID/DRC experience to support improved reading, literacy, and social and emotional learning (SEL) outcomes to ensure that children aged 6 to 9 years in some marginalized and underserved areas of Equateur, Maniema, Tanganyika and Kinshasa acquire fundamental skills in literacy and social and emotional learning enabling them to access formal school at first-grade or second-grade level.
