The United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo(MONUSCO), seeks Expression of Interest EOI) from duly registered companies for the Provision of lease (hire) of heavy construction equipment to MONUSCO DAP Entebbe,Uganda.2. The The required heavy equipment (HE) is categorized as follows:Category A - (A1) Motor Grader; (A2) Vibratory Roller; (A3) Wheeled Backhoe.Category B - (B1) Dump Truck; (B2) Front-end Wheel Loader; (B3) Chain Excavator.Category C - (C1) Teleporter (bucket truck/cherry picker); (C2) Concrete Mixer, capacity 200 lit (10/7cft); (C3) Concrete Vibrator (Poker) Machine with needle type (12mm-36mm).3. MONUSCO will undertake a competitive bidding exercise shortly and accordingly intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to those companies who would express their interest and provide initial relevant information demonstrating their abilitity to fulfill MONUSCO requirements.
