- Request for proposals are invited for Provision of Internet Service to Mercy Corps Offices in the Democratic Republic of Congo - Drc. Mercy Corps has been operational in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) since August 2007 with a national office in Goma, sub-offices/bases in Beni (North Kivu Province) in Bukavu - Kavumu - Katana (South Kivu Province) in Bunia - Mambasa (Ituri Province). As part of the implementation of its activities, Mercy Corps wishes to sign a Framework Service Contract(s) for the provision of internet access in its central office in Goma and its field offices. Mercy Corps RDC invites all bidders to send their bid for the provision of internet service to Mercy Corp offices ; In accordance with the procedures, conditions as prescribed in the call for proposals documents.
