- Request for proposals are invited for MSG Swimming Pool and Cabana Rehabilitation Quotations are due by September 13, 2023, at 1700 Kinshasa local time. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Quotations must be in English and incomplete quotations will not be accepted. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for September 07, 2023, at 09:00 at the US Embassy, 310 Avenues Des Aviateurs , Gombe Pre-registration is required to attend the pre-proposal conference. Please send the name/s of the attendees to the email address kinshasabid@state.gov by 12:00 noon Kinshasa time, no later than August 31, 2023. Only two people per company may attend the conference. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to kinshasabid@state.gov with the subject title marked Solicitation 19CG5023R0007 - MSG swimming pool and cabana rehabilitation. Make sure the submission is made in Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 30MB and must not have more than three attachments
