- To provide handling services in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), UNICEF is launching this Call for Proposal also called Request for Proposal (RFP) for the identification and selection of service providers with experience, technical skills and material and human resources necessary to carry out this service with a view to signing long-term agreements (LTA). The service providers who will be selected following this RFP will be invited to sign LTAs for an initial period of twenty-four (24) months renewable once for a further period of twelve (12) months after positive evaluation of previous services and competitive prices on the local market. An information meeting (pre-bidding meeting) is scheduled for Tuesday May 19, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. (Kinshasa time).
