- Tenders are invited for Lea for the Management of Reconstruction Works of Target Basic Socio-Economic Infrastructure and Services in 9 Provinces and Supply of Related Furniture and Equipment To this end, the Central Coordination Office "BCeCo", on behalf of the Government, intends to use part of the resources of the " PDL - 145 T " made available to it to finance the contracts relating to the Services of Consultants , as Local Executing Agencies (ALE), responsible for carrying out the construction, rehabilitation and completion of basic socio-economic infrastructure and services as well as the supply of furniture and essential equipment relating thereto in48 territories of 9 provinces of the DR Congo within the framework of the PDL 145 T, distributed following nine (9) batches below: · Lot 1 : Province du Haut-Katanga · Lot 2: Province of Haut-Lomami · Lot 3: Province of Haut-Uele · Lot 4: Province of l'Ituri · Lot 5: Kasai-Central Province · Lot 6: Province of Kasai-Oriental · Lot 7: Lomami Province · Lot 8: Lualaba Province · Lot 9: Province of North Kivu For each lot, consultants will be recruited by the selection method based on the qualifications of consultants as described in Decree No. 10/22 of June 2, 2010 on the procedures manual of Law No. 10/010 of April 27, 2010 relating to public procurement in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
