- The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), invites any qualified company to submit an offer for the establishment of one or more LTAs for the supply of printing and screen printing products and services for its program in the Republic Democratic Republic of the Congo.The proprocedure is that of a ONE-ply tender. The technical offer, which contains the technical specifications and the financial offer, which contains the price information, must be submitted together. The invitation to tender is for two Lots. Lot 1 for the Impressions and Lot 2 for the matserials of visibility. The Bidder may bid for only one lot but is required to bid for all items in the same lot. However, he is encouraged to bid for all Lots. The offer must arrive at the reception of UNFPA or in its electronic mailboxdrcproc@unfpa.org no later than April 25, 2023 at 4:30 p.m. Kinshasa time. Bids will be opened on April 26, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. Kinshasa time, located at 30 boulevard du 30 juin, commune of Gombe in DR Congo. Bidders or their official representatives are authorized to participate in theopening of tenders. Please apply by email by April 25, 2023 if your company will be represented at the opening of bids.
