Description:
The United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR), Budapest Global Service Centre, invites qualified suppliers and manufacturers to submit a binding offer for the establishment of one or more Framework Agreements for the provision of SALES SERVICES TO AUCTIONS IN THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO (DRC). UNHCR may award one or more framework agreements with an initial duration of 3 years, potentially renewable for an additional period of 2 (1) years each, to deliver its operations at scale worldwide. Successful bidders will be required to maintain their proposed pricing model for the duration of the Framework Agreement. UNHCR's estimated annual requirement for disposal by auction in the Democratic Republic of the Congo is of approximately 62 vehicles, as well as other assets such as generators, IT equipment and office furniture. Please note that the figures shown are intended to enable bidders to have an indication of requirements planned. They do not represent a commitment by UNHCR to demand the full quantity mentioned above. Quantities may vary and will depend on actual needs and available funds, regulated by the issuance of individual purchase orders in the framework of the framework agreement.
