The Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo has received funding from the International Development Association (IDA) of the World Bank Group, for the implementation of the Trade Facilitation and Integration Project in the Great Lakes Region , PFCIGL, and intends to use part of these funds to make payments under the contract for the services of a consultant (firm) responsible for carrying out the detailed technical studies, control, monitoring and follow-up of the construction works. construction of the Rubenga border post in the Province of South Kivu.
