Unicef has now ISSUED A Request for Proposals] in order to select to be supplied for the provision of [Construction work thirty-six (36) Suit/Toyokana space in the provinces of Kasai and Tanganyika, set off in 15 lots]. The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), in the Republic Democratic of the Congo, within the framework of the Mission of Child Protection and Education, obtained GPE funding (Global ParternShip Education) in order to implement a project to empower and protect girls against sexual violence and child marriage in 2 provinces including Kasai and Tanganyika. Thus within the framework of this intervention, the construction of thirty-six (36) is planned (36) commonly called space spaces toyokana. A safe space is a safe place where women and girls feel in physical and emotional security, capable of Speak and seek support. In the current context, the term safe refers to the absence of trauma, excessive stress, risks of violence (fear of violence) or abuse including sexual. It is a space where women and girls, as planned beneficiaries, feel comfortable and enjoy the freedom to express themselves without fear of being judged or injured.
