- Construction work on fifty (50) Temporary Learning Spaces with school furniture and Thirty-two (32) latrine doors in 10 schools in the SDE of Kalehe 1, South Province - Kivu, distributed in 03 (Three) separate lots The Fund of United Nations for Children (UNICEF), in the Democratic Republic of Congo, plans to initiate work to develop Temporary Learning Spaces (ETA) and latrine blocks in the educational subdivisions of KALEHE 1 in the Province of South Kivu in order to improve the conditions of the learning environment for children displaced due to the degradation of school infrastructure or their non-existence in the selected areas. To this end, UNICEF wishes to use service providers specializing in construction work, especially in school infrastructure and WASH works, who have the experience and the technical, human and financial capacities to carry out said work over a period of time. not exceeding 105 calendar days per lot from the date of contract signing, with a warranty period of twelve (12) months per lot after provisional acceptance. The work is divided into three (03) lots where UNICEF reserves the right to award one (1) or more lots to one or more bidders based on their technical and financial capabilities, and the contract distribution option that is in the best interest of UNICEF.
