- Tenders are invited for Construction of the Lake Kivu LK1A Pump Station and Transmission Main in Goma.-DRC If you are interested in submitting a bid, you will need to complete an Intent to Bid Form and submit it according to the guidelines below. 1. Interested firms can download the Intent to Bid Form on this LINK or by sending a request to the following email address : drc-tender-questions@mercycorps.org 2. Intend to Bid Form can be picked up at the following Mercy Corps offices: ▪ Mercy Corps DRC: 021 Avenue Bougainvilliers, Q. Les Volcans, Goma, Nord-Kivu, République Démocratique du Congo. ▪ Mercy Corps Uganda: 21a Kiwafu Rd, Kampala, Uganda. ▪ Mercy Corps Kenya: Almont Park, Church Rd, Nairobi, Kenya. Completed Intent to Bid Forms must be submitted to Mercy Corps by 21 July 2023, 17:00 (Goma, DRC Time) by using one of the below methods: 1. Email completed Intent to Bid Form to drctendersubmissions@mercycorps.org with the Tender Reference number in the email subject line. 2. Return completed Intent to Bid Form in person and put it in the Tender Box placed at Mercy Corps offices in the above-mentioned locations.
