- Tenders are invited for Construction of a Center Dedicated to Young People (training, economic and socio-cultural activities) at Camp Luka. The sub-lot includes the following works: · Various demolitions; · The construction of a training center on R+1 floor; · The construction of a two-storey school (R+1) with six (6) L -shaped classrooms with two (2) administrative office blocks; · The supply of center and school equipment and furniture; · Development of the surroundings for better management of rainwater; · The construction of external toilets for the church and for the existing school; · Work to prevent erosion by building a retaining wall; · Solar electrification; · Application of environmental measures etc. All the work represents a total area of 913,040m² including 759.04m² of built area and 154m² of development around the buildings. Duration of work: 10 calendar months. Sub Lot 1.2 Construction of a center dedicated to young people (training, economic and socio-cultural activities) in Gulf Manenga. The sub-lot includes the following works: · Various demolitions; · The construction of a training center on R+1 floor; · The construction of a Dojo; · The construction of a district office; · The construction of an outdoor sanitary facility for visitors; · The development of a container for the police; · Rehabilitation of the high-voltage cabin by exterior painting; · The supply of center and dojo equipment and furniture; · Development of the surroundings for better management of rainwater; · Work to prevent erosion by building a retaining wall; · Solar electrification; · Application of environmental measures etc. All the work represents a total area of 1017.62 m2 including 814.10 m2 built and 203.52 m2 of landscaping around the buildings.
