Tenders are invited for Agpm - Drc - Congolese Economic Recovery Support Project - Parec This project has the following main objectives:  The overall objective of the Project is to improve budgetary results and facilitate the recovery of the economy.  The specific objectives are : the mobilization of revenue, the rationalization of public expenditure, accountability and the fight against corruption on the one hand; and on the other hand, improving the investment climate through the reform of the investment framework, the regulatory regime and support for agro[1]industrial platforms and the special economic zone. This specifically involves combining fiscal adjustment with structural investment climate reforms to unlock the potential of the private sector and stem the temporary negative effects of fiscal adjustment.
