- Tenders are invited for CMR Deck and Back Patio Roof Quotations are due by September 15, 2022, at 1700 Kinshasa local time. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Quotations must be in English and incomplete quotations will not be accepted. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for September 07, 2022, at 09:00 at # 2 Nzongotolo Kinshasa, DRC Pre-registration is required to attend the pre-proposal conference. Please send the name/s of the attendees to the email address kinshasabid@state.gov by 12:00 noon Kinshasa time, no later than Sept 06, 2022. Only two people per company may attend the conference.
