*Dear Bidder,The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to work as an external collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be carried out:-Desk review: Conduct an in-depth review of the existing literature on labor policies. remuneration in the public sector in Africa and the DRC in particular, including official reports, academic studies and available databases (ILO, World Bank, etc.). -Collection of information from experts: Identify and interview key experts (representatives governments, unions, researchers, etc.) in the DRC to collect qualitative data on current practices and ongoing reforms. -Institutional and regulatory analysis: Study the legal, administrative and institutional frameworks governing the remuneration of public officials, including social dialogue mechanisms, salary structure, merit pay systems and budget management practices. -Writing an analysis report: Write a complete report (approximately 5,000 words) following the lines of the questionnaire. -Participate in meetings Regular virtual meetings with the ILO project team to share progress and discuss preliminary results If interested, please register your interest and follow the attached instructions to view the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information on l...
