- Call for External Collaborator-International Consultant-Adapt the ILO guide Promoting social cohesion and peaceful coexistence in fragile contexts through TVET to the context of the DRC, PBF / P-DDRCS Kalemie Project The consultant is responsible for adapting the ILO guide Promoting social cohesion and peaceful coexistence in fragile contexts through TVET to the context of the Democratic Republic of Congo and initiating its institutionalization, at central level, in the technical and professional training of learners and antagonistic communities in vocational training centers and at the same time, helping ex-combatants acquire the necessary skills to quickly improve their employability and their access to income through the training of 25 vocational training practitioners from the INPP and other vocational training centers in the Educational Province of Tanganyika in the use of the adapted guide It will be able to carry out part of the work remotely, especially for the design of module drafts, but must be present in the various workshops and meetings to be organized with the technical team. His physical presence proves essential in Kinshasa during the validation of its work and the training of trainers for the adaptation of the tools. The practical arrangements for carrying out the missions will be defined in a contract to be negotiated with the ILO.
