• Description:
• The ILO is looking for an international consultant to support the development of the second edition of the Statistical Bulletin on social protection in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The mission aims to produce a consolidated and analytical update social protection statistics, to improve the quality, consistency and comparability of existing indicators, and to strengthen the readability of the social protection system through a reference statistical tool. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing the first edition of the Bulletin, collecting and processing the available data, producing key social protection indicators and writing the new edition of the Bulletin. The mission includes participation in the stages of validation, restitution and launch of the Bulletin, as well as the transfer of all data, tools and analytical supports produced as part of the work. The work will be carried out in close collaboration with the ILO and the authorities national, according to a participatory approach and in accordance with international standards.
