• Call for external collaborator - GERME certified master trainer for the training and coaching of 25 beneficiaries from local associations on the GERME methodology integrating the dimension of peace and social cohesion in Tanganyika_BP Kinshasa The consultant is responsible for the design, planning and delivery of the TRIE / CREE / GERME training for 25 people from local associations as well as the implementation of post-training support and coaching. His responsibilities also concern the identification of participants who will participate in the TRIE / CREE training (Prepare the call for expressions of interest and select 25 trainers from CSOs) as well as the analysis of their training needs. capacity building, the development of the training plan and the presentation of the corresponding educational materials and/or evaluation tools; the organization and delivery of 10 days of training; the implementation of a system structured 5-day field post-training coaching, aimed at applying the skills acquired to the 550 young women and men selected for training sessions to strengthen managerial capacities, including skills in matters of social cohesion and peaceful coexistence, in order to support them in the development of their business plans, and; finally, the evaluation of their knowledge/performance, the certification of trainers and the production of a report detailing the results, recommendations and list of certified participants.
