• Call for external collaborator - COOP certified master trainer for the training and coaching of 25 beneficiaries on the COOP methodology integrating the peace and social cohesion dimension in the training of ex-combatants /Tanganyika_BP-Kinshasa, The consultant is responsible for equipping two groups of approximately twenty (20) trainers from cooperative sector service corporations in the Territories of Kalemie and Nyunzu on strategic principles, technical tools and methodological approaches of Think.COOP, Start.COOP and My.COOP of the ILO, emphasizing the knowledge and good practices acquired in the field, including skills in social cohesion and peaceful coexistence between ex-combatants and communities of reintegration and between the Twa and Bantu communities. Its responsibilities also concern the identification of participants as well as the analysis of their capacity building needs, the development of the training plan and the presentation of the corresponding educational materials and/or assessment tools; the implementation of a structured 5-day field post-training coaching system, aimed at applying the skills acquired to 550 young women and men selected for training sessions to strengthen managerial capacities, including skills in social cohesion and peaceful coexistence, in order to support them in the development of their business plans, and; Finally , the evaluation of their achievements/performances and the production of a report detailing the results, recommendations and the list of certified participants.
