- This Call for expressions of interest is launched by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Bukavu (hereinafter UNHCR-BUKAVU) having its headquarters at: 317, Avenue PE LUMUMBA, NGUBA/BUKAVU Commune of Ibanda to invite donors to express their interest in fournir the rental service of a building or a housing concession to serve as the office of UNHCR BUKAVU. UNHCR is looking for a building that has a total usable area of at least 253 m2.-
