Additional technical assistance to the DRC for the realization of the “boom” solar mini-network program in order to reach the financial closing of the electrification projects of the cities of Bumba, Gemena and Isiro as far as contractual. Supporting the process having to lead to the satisfaction of the conditions necessary to achieve the initial date of effective the closing period of financial closing of projects Critical analysis of economic and financial studies of updating the costs of Projects carried out by the concessionaire in order to identify tariffs of economically viable electricity, before validation of these prices by the competent authority; the trigger and monitoring of the mechanisms of lifting of the conditions suspensive in order to reach the financial closure of the three Projects within the period provided for by concession contracts and therefore, their effective implementation. - Documents :
