The services provided for each contract (depending on each lot) include in the first phase: socio-economic, technical and architectural studies. These include technical and architectural studies: (i) consult the beneficiary parties on their needs; (ii) Locate stores for stores. (iii) design and retain the most appropriate, relevant and significant architectural proposal both from the point of view of the function and the form of the works; (iv) Develop storage pallets arrangement inside buildings; (v) write and analyze the socio-economic environment in the radius of action of these infrastructure; (VI) Develop the technical documents (summary preliminary project and detailed preliminary project) essential for the development of the tender file (detailed type of each warehouse and store, situation plan of ... - Documents :
