Description: The DRC, through the Ministry of Finance represented by the Technical Committee for Monitoring and Evaluation of Reforms (CTR), obtained funding from the European Union delegation via the French Development Agency for the implementation of the financial governance project. It is provided that part of the resources granted for this financing is used for the acquisition of computer equipment (computers and printers) for the purposes of better care of the registration of taxpayers to the Directorate of Taxes (DGI).
To this end, the contracting authority of the C2D/RDC financial governance project requires closed folding offers on the part of eligible tenderers to provide IT equipment (computers and printers).
